For this 2019 edition, Met Gala’s costume exhibition was entitled; Camp: Notes On Fashion. But why such a name? The theme was actually inspired by Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay, defining camp as the love of the unnatural… love for exaggeration! And we surely did have a whole load of exaggeration on the red carpet.
